§ 10.28.010. Definitions

The following definitions apply to this chapter:

"Sheriff" means, in addition to Linn County Sheriff, the authorized representatives and deputies of the Sheriff of Linn County.

"Police" means law enforcement officers or police officers for the city, including the Linn County Sheriff and the authorized representatives and deputies of the Sheriff of Linn County.
